Buffalo Street by Matthews Warsaw LLC

Matthews Warsaw LLC is excited to introduce a new development in downtown Warsaw.  Just south of Center Lake and west of the park, approximately 50 new residential units are being built along North Buffalo Street by Matthews Warsaw LLC.  Town Houses as large as 5,000+ square feet and 900 square feet are available.  In 2021 a new mixed use apartment building will start construction, with first floor restaurant and commercial space, and views looking over Center Lake.
