Boardgasm – New tenant in the Commerce Center Kitchen Collective
South Bend, IN – September 1, 2022 – Matthews LLC proudly announces the arrival of a new and innovative tenant in the Commerce Center on the East Race. Boardgasm, owned by Monica Hoban, opened on August 15, 2022, as part of the restaurant incubator program. They specialize in charcuterie boards and also offer a wide selection of breakfast and lunch items, including paninis, soups, salads, baked goods, and fruit cups.
Boardgasm Charcuterie Elevated was born out of a love for cooking and culinary art shared by mother-daughter duo, Monica Hoban and Maura Hoban. Monica, a South Bend native, recognized the potential in her daughter’s charcuterie creations and encouraged her to turn her passion into a business. Maura launched Boardgasm in Fort Lauderdale and found immediate success. Monica then opened a franchise in South Bend, bringing this unique culinary experience to the local community.
Boardgasm takes charcuterie to the next level by carefully arranging artisanal cheeses, meats, and accompaniments into beautiful, artful, edible displays. The company prides itself on offering unique and innovative options, with a focus on sourcing high-quality ingredients. They also cater to a variety of dietary preferences, providing gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options.
