South Bend, IN – March, 2023 – Matthews LLC is proud to announce the opening of the Cat Lady Cafe, a unique and heartwarming addition to the Commerce Center on the East Race. The Cat Lady Cafe, owned by Kim Sult, offers guests a relaxing environment where they can enjoy a cup of coffee while spending time with adoptable cats from the Humane Society of St. Joseph County.
The Cat Lady Cafe’s opening hours are as follows: Monday – Closed Tuesday through Saturday – 10:00am to 6:00pm Sunday – 12:00pm to 5:00pm

The Cat Lady Cafe’s mission is to provide a space where guests can socialize with adoptable cats and help them find their forever homes. Kim Sult, the owner and cat lover, has spent her career working for nonprofits and has been a volunteer with the Humane Society of St. Joseph County for 15 years. She was inspired to open the Cat Lady Cafe after visiting a cat cafe in London and seeing the positive impact it had on both the cats and the guests.
