 New Townhome Development Coming to Goshen

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

Matthews Millrace, LLC acquired an acre of land from the City of Goshen, for the construction of 24 townhomes along the North end of the Mill Rac­­e Trail. This collaboration with the Goshen Redevelopment Commission aims to bring high-quality, urban-type housing to downtown Goshen. The townhomes, built in 3 phases, will feature units of various heights and widths. Please stay tuned for more information.
