May 5, 2014 – Planning a Social South Bend Weekend
Hi South Bend!
Here is a run down of my favorite events this weekend! May 9th – 11th, 2014

60+ bands, 15 stages, the South By South Bend music festival (year 2) starts Thursday. Visit www.SouthBySouthBend.com and check out the bands, the scheduled performances, and enjoy four days of amazing music for $25 (includes t-shirt). I’ll be at the Phineas Gauge show on Friday night at Suite 11 (inside the Emporium Restaurant building).

South By South Bend continues on Saturday with music from the afternoon until late in to the evening. They day pass is just $5, but purchase the weekend pass for just $25 and score a free t-shirt. It’s a cocktail party, at the JACC / Club Naomi (8pm – ?) to raise money for Down Syndrome Research. The facebook event is here: https://www.facebook.com/events/717249658313070/ I’ll stop in for a while to visit with friends before heading to downtown for the rest of the evening.
