About This Project

The River Race Townhomes, by River Race Development LLC, is a group of 10 townhomes overlooking downtown South Bend and the waterfall of the St. Joseph river in front of Century Center. These luxurious townhomes with classical proportions feature all masonry exterior of Indiana limestone and brick, fenced in front yards, attached garage with guest parking in private drive and spectacular views.

All townhomes feature spray foam insulation, energy trusses, and environmentally friendly construction practices.

This development features two distinct floorplans, giving homeowners the option to have either a two or three story townhome based upon their family needs.

Two Story Townhome

There is a fenced in front yard, 10′ and 9′ smooth finished ceilings, a designer kitchen with granite throughout. All bathrooms feature Kohler fixtures, granite tops and porcelain tile. Floor plans are available in both 3 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms and 3 bedrooms with a mother in law apartment on the main floor. Exterior porch options include a standard walk up, covered walkup, and a covered 2 or 3 bay porch (with rooftop access).
